Skoda Auto
"Laurin and Klement" is one of Czech Automobile Manufacture founded in 1895 and now it's calling as Skoda. This is an individual company till 2000 and after that, this company becomes a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. They sold their products over 100 countries. The profit margin is only lower than the Porsche in the Volkswagen group. In the beginning, they have manufactured different kinds of cars and Skoda Felicia, Skoda Octiva, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Yeti, Skoda Karoq are few of them. By considering some features, we can identify the similarity between Skoda and Volkswagen.
Skoda Kamiq
This is a subcompact crossover by the above mentioned Czech car manufacturer, Skoda Auto. This car hasn't a big history, this is a new model which is launched by Skoda Auto. Firstly they have launched this to China market ai Beijing Auto Show in 2018. After that, they ave launched this to the international vehicle market at Geneva Motorshow in 2019. The car models come with a few different engine models and different types of transmissions.
Skoda Kamiq Interior
The dashboard design also similar to the Volkswagen Vehicles. They featured 10 inches driver's digital display in this vehicle with the accessibility with all the functions of the infotainment system. So the driver don't need to get their eyes to infotainment while they are driving. The infotainment system comes with three different sizes. There are 6 inches, 8 inches, and 9 inches.
There are more heating positions inside the car. Heated windscreen, heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated rear seats are few of them.
The seats are designed with high-quality leather and front seats are designed with a perfect curve to keep driver's and front passenger's stability while highspeed cornering. An umbrella is stored at drivers upholstery to use to get out when raining.
Skoda Kamiq Exterior and Boot
The front grill of the car is a bit similar to the Skoda Karoq and the headlight design is similar to the Citron C4. Citron also a subsidiary of the Volkswagen group. The headlight comes with two different parts. The top part is designed for day time running lights and animated signal lights. The Bottom part is designed for the main beam. At the front, we can see the Skoda logo but, there is no emblem at the rear. But they mounted the letters for Skoda at the tailgate as Volvo. Also featured with an electric trailer hook at the bottom of the rear bumper.
The boot area is designed with 400L boot capacity. A magnetic torch is featured at the boot.
Skoda Kamiqu Power and Performance
This car comes with a 1 liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol engine. The car has different engine models as above mentioned so, the horsepower varying from 95 to 150. The maximum power, 150 horsepower is producing by the most powerful 1.5 liters 4 cylinder turbo engine. Also, the car is featured with a 7-speed automatic gearbox with manual mode.
The Skoda Kamiq has no any of all-wheel-drive model. The car featured sports chassis and adjustable suspension. So we can drive the vehicle under different modes.
