What is Audi E - Tron?

There are too many electric vehicles hitting the roads in this era. All of the car manufacturers launching different types of electric vehicles to this competition. The German luxury automobile manufacturer Audi also launched some electric vehicles for the automobile market. The main aim of this project is making environment-friendly vehicles to the future and the other one is finding solutions for power tylosis. Audi E - Tron is one of the most successful projects done by Audi AG.

Audi E - Tron is a mid-size, luxury, fully electric SUV, manufactured by Audi. The concept of E - Tron launched by Audi at the Frankfurt Motorshow in 2015. Finally the E - Tron model came to the market in 2018. The first Audi E - Tron model has 204 miles of cruising range of every single charge. Let's see the specifications of the all-new Audi E -Tron Sportback 2020.

Audi E-Tron Design and Exterior Features

This is a coupe, electric SUV and the rear looking is different than thin the first model. Looking sporty much than that. Other than the all other exterior designs are same as the old one. This car has a matrix LED headlamps with animated signal and daytime running lights. The headlamp designed with 32 LEDs and these LEDs divided into 1.3M pixels. The main advantage of these pixels is, can cover pedestrians from the high beam by off the pixels of the current angle. The other amazing feature is animated lights. The car can make animations on the front wall where the car faced and we can select the animations using the infotainment system. This is one of the AMAZING features no one could find in a vehicle before. Actually, these lights act as a projector.

Audi E - Tron Interior and Boot Area

Comparing the old e - Tron model, this car's rear passenger headroom is 18% percent low. Because this comes with a new coupe design. Other than the seat angle and the legroom is at an average level. The boot area is a bit small than the old model. The old model has around 660L of boot capacity and this model has only 615L because of the coupe design. There is no change at the dashboard comparing the old model. Two digital displays mounted at the center console and one for the climate control system and the other one is for the infotainment system. Also, another digital display can find as the digital driver's display.

Audi E - Tron Driving 

The car comes with two different models and all models come with two motors.

1. 408hp (model 55)
2. 320hp (model 50)

The car designed with 2 charging ports at two sides of the car. Other than this car has regenerative braking system. When we remove the foot from the accelerator the car start charging the battery. The efficiency is high with this method and easy to drive using one pedal without using the brake pedal.
